Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a notice of material being taken down due to a copyright infringement claim, you may provide a counter-notification to have the material restored. This must contain:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. A description of the material taken down and its original location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where the address is located (or if outside the United States, any judicial district where the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously and maintain a list of DMCA notices from copyright holders. We make a good-faith effort to identify repeat infringers, whose accounts may be terminated under our internal policy.
